These cans are a great value for the same taste as the smaller cans mom used to make when we were kids. The 50 oz can is plenty to feed a large family and would make a great economy soup for the restaurant too. Fancy it up a bit by adding more chicken or chopped celery, but you can't go wrong with Campbell's.

We are very careful at the Cafe not to purchase food that is too salty. Cambells Chicken Noodle Soup is a little salty but the salt taste is not noticable. I like adding dumplings to the noodle soup to give it more substance.
